We are seeking an experienced eBay Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing eBay stores, optimizing listings, handling customer communications, and driving online sales. Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory, as the role involves regular communication with international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the eBay store.
- Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings.
- Conduct product and competitor research to identify profitable opportunities.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and listing performance.
- Process orders and coordinate with the operations team.
- Respond to customer inquiries through eBay Messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining excellent seller performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with eBay marketplace policies and best practices.
- Analyze store performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing eBay stores.
- Strong knowledge of eBay Seller Hub, listing optimization, product research, order management, and account health.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve performance targets.
- Experience with UK, US, or other international eCommerce markets will be an added advantage.
