E-commerce Executive

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing product listings, optimizing marketplace performance, and driving online sales across platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and Temu.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Etsy, and Temu.

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes).

• Monitor marketplace performance and implement strategies to increase sales and visibility.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search ranking.

• Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and discount campaigns.

• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team.

• Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and ratings and respond to inquiries when required.

• Analyze marketplace data and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to improve product visuals and branding.
