We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with exceptional written and spoken English skills and proven expertise in digital marketing tools and strategies. The ideal candidate will create high-quality content across multiple platforms, plan and execute data-driven digital campaigns, manage content calendars, and optimize performance to drive measurable growth in brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Job Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop high-quality, on-brand copy for email newsletters, blog articles, landing pages, ad creatives, and other marketing assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and audience resonance.
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing automations/sequences and paid advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max). LinkedIn Advertisement (Campaign, Ads Manager).
- CRM & Lead Management: Administer the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce, or similar), including accurate lead segmentation, workflow automation, list hygiene, deduplication, and nurture sequences to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- SEO Execution: Implement on-page optimizations, technical SEO fixes, keyword research insights, content optimization, and meta enhancements to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on core KPIs (e.g., CTR, open rates, conversion rates, ROAS, CPL, organic traffic growth) using tools such as Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and CRM reporting; conduct A/B testing and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Additional Duties: Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices; collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Operations team on asset utilization; assist with budget allocation for paid channels to ensure efficient spending.
Job Specifications:
- Master's degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing, with specialized digital marketing training and certifications considered an advantage.
- Proven experience (4–5 years preferred) in digital marketing execution, with demonstrated hands-on expertise in email marketing, paid search/social advertising, and CRM administration.
- Native or near native‑ English fluency, both written and spoken, with advanced professional communication skills
- Demonstrates 100% fluency in English, both oral and written, with advanced proficiency in professional-level writing, editing, and proofreading to ensure effective communication with U.S. clients and senior management.
- Proven experience (4–5 years preferred) in digital marketing execution, with demonstrated hands-on expertise in email marketing, paid search/social advertising, and CRM administration.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a proven ability to craft persuasive, audience-targeted content that aligns with brand voice and drives action.
- Strong technical proficiency with major platforms and tools, including:
- CRM systems (HubSpot, High Level, Salesforce, Active Campaign, or equivalent).
- Email service providers (e.g., LaGrowth Machine, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot Email).
- Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles (on-page, technical, and content), including tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with additional channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, organic social media management).
- Availability to work as full-time employee in U.S. business hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).
