Deputy Manager Finance

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Deputy Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing accounting operations, tax compliance, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, and Payroll Tax.
• Ensure tax compliance with FBR & SRB and provide tax advisory support.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for statutory audits.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and multiple bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records on QuickBooks & Zoho Books.
• Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and insights.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in tax returns and statutory filings.
• Strong understanding of auditor reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks & Zoho Books.
• Proven expertise in AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ethics, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Checkable references from previous employers.
