  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or client dealing role
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Manage/handle the incoming calls professionally
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
