- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Success or Client Relationship experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
