Nano Technology is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, and driving long-term customer satisfaction for our POS and Web POS solutions.
You'll play a key role in managing post-sales relationships, ensuring smooth implementation, and acting as the bridge between clients and our technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sales onboarding and implementation support
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and technical coordination
- Ensure smooth installation, training, and system adoption
- Monitor customer health and usage
- Improve customer retention and reduce churn
- Coordinate with support teams for quick issue resolution
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client check-ins
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (POS / SaaS / Retail / Restaurant Tech preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of POS systems or SaaS platforms
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
- Basic technical knowledge (software installation & troubleshooting)
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with restaurant or retail POS systems
- Understanding of after-sales support processes
