We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-centric, and relationship-focused Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving customer retention, and identifying opportunities to maximize customer value through account development and service expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, support requests, and service-related matters.

• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns while upholding high service standards.

• Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and provide tailored solutions and service recommendations.

• Identify opportunities for account growth through relevant service and product offerings.

• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement through proactive relationship management.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities.

• Consistently achieve customer service, responsiveness, and satisfaction objectives.

• Contribute to the enhancement of customer success strategies and service delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Confidence in managing customer interactions and identifying growth opportunities.

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, or Client Relations will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms is preferred.

• Availability to work night shifts aligned with the US time zone.
