Description:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive to manage client accounts, ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
  • Handle client inquiries and convert them into sales
  • Coordinate with the design team for timely, high-quality output
  • Work with the support team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain strong communication and build long-term client relationships
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention

 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
