We're looking for a motivated, entry-level Customer Support Representative to join our Medical Billing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to start a career in the healthcare BPO industry.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist patients and insurance representatives with billing-related inquiries.
- Update patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the medical billing team to resolve customer concerns.
