SwiftSupport (SMC) Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Care Team as Calling Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information on company products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Follow set communication scripts and company guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
