We are looking for a Manager – Credit Control for our client, a multinational textile company.

About the Role:
The incumbent will oversee the credit control and collection framework, ensuring effective debtor management, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration to maintain financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer vetting, credit master creation, and updates.
• Drive monthly collection targets and monitor credit risk performance.
• Provide visibility on key KPIs such as DSO, BPDSO, and overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve disputes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for credit control efficiency.

Requirements:
• CA/ACCA or BBA/MBA in Finance/Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in O2C/debtor management with international exposure.
• Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
