🚀 We’re Hiring: Creative Strategist (Female Preferred)

If you’re someone who can turn messy ideas into powerful brand strategies and execute them through engaging social media campaigns — we want you on our team.

You’ll be working on in-house brands as well as client projects across design, web, and marketing in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative brand and social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics)
• Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok
• Translate brainstorming ideas into clear campaigns, messaging, and content direction
• Monitor audience engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) and build community interaction
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required
• Track performance using analytics tools and generate actionable reports
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and identity across all platforms
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Creative Strategy / Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box campaign ideas
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

📌 Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 2 – Karachi
⏰ Shift : 12pm - 9pm | 2pm - 10pm
💰 Salary: PKR 80,000 – 130,000
