Ocean Dream PK is looking for a highly creative, fast-executing, and aesthetically strong Social Media & Creative Design Manager to lead our digital presence and creative direction.

This role is for someone who understands premium branding, social media growth, visual storytelling, and content that actually drives engagement and attention.

Responsibilities include:

• Social media management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn

• Content planning & creative strategy

• Graphic design & ad creatives

• Reels/video editing

• Captions & copywriting

• Influencer coordination

• Event promotion campaigns

• Managing the photographer/content team

• Maintaining consistent premium brand aesthetics

• Creating engaging and viral social-first content

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Strong portfolio required

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of social media growth & branding

• Fluent English communication skills

• Strong aesthetic sense & attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with initiative

• Fast execution & creative problem-solving mindset
