Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create engaging short-form video content, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and social media posts
• Research social media trends, viral content, and audience preferences
• Plan and manage a content calendar
• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and social media copy
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media team on content campaigns
• Develop creative concepts that increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content
• Stay updated with the latest social media marketing and content marketing trends

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
• Excellent creativity and communication skills
• Experience creating Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Ability to identify and utilize current social media trends
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• A portfolio of previous content creation work is highly preferred
