Description:
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator Influencer to grow and manage SCSTrade.com's presence across digital platforms. This role is built around developing content ideas, writing engaging copy, appearing on camera, and driving audience growth through smart, platform-native content.
Your focus is on generating great ideas, creating compelling content, presenting confidently on camera, and managing our social media channels end to end. If you live and breathe social media, know what makes content stop the scroll, and can speak naturally in front of a camera, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop fresh, engaging content ideas tailored to each platform and audience segment.
- Write scripts, captions, and talking points for on-camera videos, posts, and stories.
- Appear on camera to present brand content, announcements, and campaigns in a natural and engaging way.
- Brief the video editor and design team on required assets and creative direction.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and aligned with the content calendar.
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor platform analytics and performance metrics to identify what is working and optimize accordingly.
- Stay on top of trending content formats, challenges, audio, and platform algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related digital role.
- Strong on-camera confidence and clear, natural communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proven experience growing and managing brand social media accounts
- Excellent writing skills for captions, scripts, and social copy across different tones and formats.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn content formats and best practices.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage a content calendar independently.
- A portfolio, showreel, or links to previous social media work required with application.
