What we're looking for:

✅ 2–5 years of relevant experience
✅ BBA required | MBA from a reputed business school is a plus
✅ Strong presentation and communication skills
✅ Excellent analytical, cognitive, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Experience conducting interviews, workshops, stakeholder engagements, and research
✅ Strong report writing and business documentation skills
✅ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
✅ Well-versed in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, and related productivity tools
✅ Coachable, curious, intellectually rigorous, and eager to learn
