We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Employment Consultant (OEP) to join our team onsite in Gulberg 3, Lahore. This role is specifically focused on sourcing, screening, and actively convincing blue-collar candidates across Pakistan to pursue lucrative, legal overseas employment opportunities in the Gulf region.

The ideal candidate will possess strong persuasive skills, a deep understanding of the overseas recruitment landscape in Pakistan, and a proven track record of handling bulk blue-collar recruitment (e.g., construction workers, drivers, technicians, laborers).

Key Responsibilities

· Candidate Sourcing: Actively find and build a robust pipeline of blue-collar candidates across Pakistan using traditional networks, sub-agents, field sourcing, social media, and internal databases.

· Counseling & Convincing: Conduct detailed counseling sessions with candidates to explain the job offers, salary structures, accommodation benefits, and long-term advantages of Gulf-based employment, effectively overcoming hesitations.

· Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates' physical fitness, technical skill levels, and documentation validity to ensure they meet foreign employer requirements.

· OEP & Protector Process Guidance: Educate selected candidates on legal emigration frameworks, Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) processes, and Foreign Service Agreements.

· Relationship Management: Maintain smooth, regular communication with candidates throughout the documentation, medical clearance, and visa processing stages to minimize dropouts.

· Data Management: Keep detailed, structured records of candidate profiles, pipeline statuses, and daily contact logs.

Job Requirements

· Experience: Proven experience in overseas recruitment, human resource sourcing, or sales—specifically dealing with blue-collar labor markets.

· Skills: Excellent verbal communication, strong negotiation tactics, and the ability to explain complex processes in simple terms.

· Knowledge: Familiarity with Gulf region employment trends, basic legal requirements for Pakistani expats, and OEP/Protector of Emigrants procedures is highly advantageous.
