Construction Supervisor

Description:

Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction of a residential project in Muhammad Ali Cooperative Housing Society in Karachi.

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities from foundation to final finishing, ensuring the project is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, managing labor, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining regular progress reports. The supervisor will also ensure quality control of materials and workmanship, oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials, enforce site discipline and safety protocols, and provide regular updates to the project owner regarding progress and any challenges.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction supervision
• Proven experience handling large-scale bungalow or luxury residential projects
• Strong understanding of structural, finishing, plumbing, and electrical works
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
