Construction Manager

Haris & Co., a leading name in the construction and civil contracting sector, is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on leadership in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, exceptional project execution skills, and a proactive management approach to oversee on-site construction activities efficiently and effectively.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and teams, managing timelines, and ensuring high standards of construction quality. You will act as the key liaison between design and execution while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction operations at high-rise building sites

• Ensure timely execution of project phases in compliance with quality and safety standards

• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and subcontractors

• Monitor site activities, allocate resources, and resolve on-site challenges

• Maintain documentation of work progress, labor management, and material usage

• Implement construction best practices to ensure structural safety and durability

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost efficiency

• Conduct daily site inspections and generate progress reports

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech or DAE in Civil Engineering

• Proven 10–12 years of professional experience in the construction industry

• Solid portfolio of managing high-rise building projects (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of civil works, concrete structures, steel frameworks, and finishing work

• Excellent leadership, team coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Only Karachi-based candidates with high-rise project experience will be considered for this role.
