We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Executive to join our team and help create an engaging, collaborative, and welcoming experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, clients, and visitors.
- Manage day-to-day member engagement and ensure a positive coworking experience.
- Handle member onboarding, inquiries, and support requests.
- Coordinate community events, workshops, networking sessions, and partnerships.
- Assist in managing social media engagement and community communications.
- Maintain occupancy records, member databases, and feedback reports.
- Support sales efforts by conducting workspace tours and explaining membership plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Community Management, Customer Relations, Hospitality, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to build relationships and foster community engagement.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Invoices handling of clients as well.
