✅ Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall P&L performance.

✅ Build strategic partnerships with corporates, insurers, and healthcare stakeholders.

✅ Optimize pricing strategies and service offerings.

✅ Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to improve business outcomes.

✅ Collaborate with clinical, operations, finance, and marketing teams.

✅ Lead business transformation initiatives and support future expansion.

✅ Build, mentor, and lead high-performing commercial teams.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

✔ 8–12+ years of experience in Commercial Leadership, Business Development, Operations, or Business Transformation.

✔ Proven track record of improving profitability, operational performance, and business growth.

✔ Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and P&L management.

✔ Excellent leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

⭐ Experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostics, Wellness, or other service-based industries will be an advantage.
