VERV Design is a branding and Webflow agency helping businesses grow through impactful digital identities. We're looking for an experienced Cold Email Outreach Specialist to help us build and automate a complete outbound system to find and connect with potential clients.

What you’ll do:

– Set up and manage cold email campaigns from scratch

– Source and verify lead emails aligned with our ideal client profile

– Set up domains and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records

– Implement and manage outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist)

– Warm up email accounts and monitor deliverability

– Optimize for open/reply rates and track campaign performance

What we’re looking for:

– Experience running successful cold email outreach for agencies or B2B businesses

– Strong technical knowledge of domain setup and email deliverability

– Familiarity with automation tools and best practices for inbox placement

– Clear understanding of budgeting for outreach tools and monthly email volumes

– Results-driven mindset with past campaign examples or metrics to back it up
