Cold Calling & Cold Outreach Executive

We are looking for a Cold Calling & Cold Outreach Executive to join our growth team.

Your primary role will be to find potential business leads, reach out via calls, WhatsApp, and email, and book discovery calls for our sales team.

This is a performance-based role, ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and motivated to earn through results.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and research new business leads (mainly UAE, Gulf, and international markets).
• Make cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct WhatsApp and email outreach campaigns to generate interest.
• Present the Archaeo Agency’s services clearly and professionally.
• Book 15-minute Discovery Calls with qualified prospects.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence in talking to clients and building trust quickly.
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in sales, cold calling, or outreach is preferred.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, or automation services is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
