Clinical Project Manager

Clinosis is a US-based Site Management Organization (SMO) connecting global pharma sponsors and CROs with clinical research sites across the US. We're hiring a Clinical Project Manager in Karachi to own site startup workflows end-to-end.

In clinical trials, the details are everything. We need someone who treats every email and every follow-up as a reflection of the work.

What you'll do

• Drive site feasibility and startup workflows from first contact to activation
• Coordinate directly with US research sites, sponsors, and CROs across time zones
• Draft precise, professional English — emails, trackers, status reports, escalation notes
• Work directly with Clinosis leadership from week one; no junior-zone isolation
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) daily to multiply your output

You should have

• A degree in MBA, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or Pharmacy
• Exceptional written English — non-negotiable
• Active daily AI tool use (not "familiar with")
• High organization, proactive ownership, multi-stakeholder comfort
