WE'RE HIRING: CLIENT SUCCESS & GROWTH MANAGER
AMZ IMPACT is looking for a confident and client-focused professional to become the first point of contact for brands seeking to grow on Amazon and other marketplaces.
This is not a cold-calling role.
You'll work directly with inbound prospects, understand their business goals, conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and guide clients through a seamless onboarding experience.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients
• Conduct discovery and strategy calls
• Prepare proposals and service quotations
• Follow up and nurture qualified leads
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams
• Build long-term client relationships
• Identify growth and upselling opportunities
🎯 Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong sales, consultation, or account management experience
• Professional and confident during client meetings
• Ability to understand eCommerce and Amazon business models
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
⭐ Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or eCommerce services
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Agency or client management experience
