• Ensure alignment and collaboration within the digital team.
• Monitor and analyze ROI and KPIs to optimize campaign performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on data analysis and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a digital agency, with a focus on client servicing.
• In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and proficiency in operating them.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
