We are looking for a builder to take LOKAL from high-growth founder-led operations → structured, multi-city operating platform. Build a system that scales across Pakistan without losing control of margins, service quality, or brand standards.

 

What You Will Own

Network Growth Architecture

  • Own and scale Lokal’s end-to-end operations across all verticals (hotels, serviced stays, café, events).
  • Lead cross-functional execution on growth initiatives — new markets, products, services.
  • Design a unified operating model across all Pakistani cities.
  • Standardize SOPs for hotels, serviced apartments, café and lifestyle spaces.
  • Define property-level P&L accountability.

If we double keys in 6 months, operations should become smoother — not messier.

 

Property Level Profitability

You will own unit economics.

  • Improve contribution margins per property.
  • Redesign staffing ratios and productivity metrics.
  • Optimize housekeeping, maintenance, and utility cost structures.
  • Drive EBITDA expansion portfolio-wide.
  • Implement weekly and monthly P&L discipline.

We have built profitability, you have to scale it

 

Cross Organizstion Sync

  • Align occupancy strategy with operational capacity.
  • Align operations with revenue management, marketing, finance, and product functions.
  • Build structured review cadences between all teams.

No silos. One engine.

 

Scale Infrastructure

  • Build middle-management layers (City Leads, Cluster Managers).
  • Implement performance scorecards tied to RevPAR, GOP, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
  • Establish audit and quality control systems.
  • Develop training academies for on-ground managers.

We want scale through systems — not heroics.

 

Asset & Investor Performance

As we expand through:

  • Full building take overs
  • Investor-backed acquisitions
  • Managed property partnerships

You will:

  • Develop investor-ready operating reports.
  • Create predictable yield performance models.
  • Improve asset value through operational discipline.
  • Work directly with CEO and investors on expansion decisions.

 

Technology-led Operations

  • Strengthen integration between PMS, CRM, and reporting systems.
  • Push automation across reservations, housekeeping coordination, and reporting.
  • Ensure data is used for decision-making, not just dashboards.
  • Institutionalize weekly business reviews driven by metrics.

Who You Must Be

  • 5+ years of experience in building
  • Deep financial literacy — comfortable owning property-level P&Ls.
  • Experience building operational layers from scratch.
  • Strong leadership presence — able to command field teams and boardrooms alike.
  • High tolerance for emerging market complexity.
  • Structured thinker who thrives in high-growth environments.
