Description:
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for defining and executing Detral’s long-term vision and strategic direction. Reporting to the Board (where applicable), the CEO will oversee overall business operations, financial performance, and corporate culture—ensuring Detral remains competitive, innovative, and future-focused within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and clearly communicate the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and inspire executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational excellence
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and key stakeholder relationships

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in the technology or IT sector
- Proven success in scaling businesses and driving measurable growth
- Strong strategic thinking and executive-level decision-making skills
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance
