Digiender is looking for motivated and enthusiastic students to join our team as Business Development & Upwork Bidding Interns.

🕒 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Onsite
💼 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Paid

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
• Write professional and customized proposals
• Communicate with potential clients
• Generate leads and support business development activities
• Maintain bidding records and follow-ups

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Good English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Upwork and freelancing platforms
• Strong learning attitude and professionalism
• Ability to work in a team environment
