We're Hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Jenva Systems!
We are seeking a highly driven BDR who excels in prospecting, cold outreach, and generating qualified sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys initiating conversations, building relationships, and creating a strong pipeline for our growing AI automation agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and social platforms to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and engage potential clients across North American and Gulf markets
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales team
- Research target companies and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation targets
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales
- Proven experience with cold outreach and prospecting
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
- Confidence engaging with international prospects and decision-makers
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
