FoRun powered by ForunPoint Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Specialist to drive business growth for our courier and delivery services across Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients, onboarding merchants, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities in various commercial sectors.
This is a field-based role that requires regular visits to corporate offices, banks, commercial markets, and business hubs throughout Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for FoRun Courier Services.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with businesses to promote our courier and delivery solutions.
- Visit corporate offices, industrial areas, and commercial markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Onboard merchants, retailers, e-commerce sellers, and businesses with daily courier and logistics requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to establish promotional partnerships and customer discount programs.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and service contracts with prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new sectors and opportunities for business expansion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, and sales activities.
- Represent FoRun professionally at business meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking and client acquisition abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Karachi's corporate sector, commercial markets, and business landscape.
- Experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce, fintech, ride-hailing, or related industries will be considered an advantage.
