OMINIRA is hiring a Business Development Associate.

 

 

Remote, Pakistan-based. Driving outbound sales to US solo and small-firm attorneys across 10+ practice areas.

 

 

A few things up front:

• This is a sales / business development role. NOT a legal associate or paralegal position.

• Freelancers are welcome to apply.

• A university degree is NOT required. Track record matters more than credentials.

• Legal industry experience is preferred but NOT mandatory.

 

 

The role:

• Build target lists of US solo and small-firm attorneys, by practice area

• Run personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach ( at least 40 touches/day)

• Manage multi-touch follow-up cadences in HubSpot

• Book qualified discovery calls

• Report weekly on what's working

 

 

What we need:

• 2+ years of B2B outbound experience (SaaS, legal tech, services, or agency — no e-commerce or D2C)

• Excellent written English — cold emails must read like a US copywriter wrote them

• Comfort with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and standard outreach tools

• Coachable, metrics-driven, willing to start with a 2-week paid trial
