Business Development Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a "Hunter," not a "Farmer." This is a high-stakes, performance-based role for an individual who thrives on closing deals. You will represent ASCANx to businesses across Pakistan and beyond, identifying pain points and selling our technical execution capacity. You will be fully autonomous, operating remotely, and driving revenue from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Proactively identify and pitch to businesses (Retail, Logistics, Real Estate, Startups) that require digital transformation ($3k–$30k project range).
  • Aggressive Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound strategies, including cold calling, direct industry outreach, and digital networking. You are expected to bring the client to the table.
  • Deal Closing: Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach to negotiation and contract closure. Our technical team handles scoping and delivery; your sole focus is the revenue.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage your own territory and lead generation tools to maintain a consistent flow of opportunities.

Qualifications

  • The "Hunter" Mentality: A proven track record of picking up the phone or walking into offices to generate business from scratch. You do not wait for inbound leads.
  • High-Ticket Experience: Comfortable discussing software project values in the $3k–$30k range.
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate technical value and business ROI to non-technical CEOs and decision-makers.
  • Independence: Zero hand-holding required. You possess your own system for lead generation and can operate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and pitch software solutions (Web, App, MVP, SaaS).
  • Resilience: Unshakeable confidence; you are not intimidated by rejection and treat every "no" as a step toward the next "yes."
