Business Development Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a driven BDR to handle initial outreach for our SaaS products and book qualified meetings for our closing team. This role is focused purely on prospecting, outreach, and qualification.

 

What you’ll do

  • Research and identify potential clients and target accounts
  • Run outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Start conversations with decision makers and uncover basic needs
  • Qualify prospects and pass warm, relevant leads to the closer
  • Book meetings and demos for the sales team

 

What we’re looking for

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in outbound sales or B2B lead generation
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow ups
  • Ability to qualify prospects and ask the right questions
  • Self motivated and consistent with daily outreach activity
  • Experience using a CRM is a plus
