Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CEOs, executives, and companies.
• Actively connect businesses with our platform through networking and outreach.
• Follow up with organizations to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Identify new growth opportunities for companies and for CEO Minds Pakistan.
• Collaborate on networking events, CEO training sessions, and business forums.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to potential partners.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets

• Requirements

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate networking.

  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  Confidence in engaging with CEOs, senior executives, and corporate leaders.

  Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
