🟢 Position: Business Development Specialist – US-Based Construction Estimation Industry
🟢 Location: Islamabad (On-site)
🟢 Job Type: Full-time | 9 hours/day (Mon–Fri)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and close high-value business opportunities for a US-based construction estimation company.
Bring in new clients and projects from the US market.
Build and manage relationships with contractors & developers.
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports.
Collaborate with estimation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
✅ Requirements:
Mandatory: Previous experience in US-based construction estimation companies.
5+ years proven experience in business development / sales.
Strong client networking & negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of construction workflows and estimation services.
Leadership qualities with the ability to guide teams.
