We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in lead generation, data scraping, campaign execution, and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through online and outbound channels.
• Conduct data scraping and build targeted prospect lists.
• Execute lead-generation and outreach campaigns.
• Make cold calls and engage potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and support client acquisition.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation and data scraping.
• Strong cold-calling and communication skills.
• Experience with outreach and campaign execution.
• Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work the evening shift.
