Fingenz is a fast-growing finance outsourcing company helping U.S. businesses streamline their bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and Virtual CFO functions.
We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations, and booking meetings with business owners and finance leaders. If you thrive in outbound sales and want to work with international clients, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect SMBs across the United States.
- Generate qualified opportunities using LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, and outbound prospecting.
- Engage founders, CEOs, CFOs, and business owners to understand their accounting and finance challenges.
- Schedule qualified meetings for closing.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve outbound campaigns.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales or Business Development Representative (BDR).
- Experience selling professional services such as accounting, bookkeeping, finance, consulting, or SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confidence in cold calling and objection handling.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, or similar sales tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Experience selling to U.S. businesses.
- Experience booking meetings with C-level executives.
