Esco Logics is a leading IT solutions provider, delivering cutting-edge technology services and products to businesses worldwide. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts and help us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from curated lists.
• Present IT services and solutions in a compelling manner to generate interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Follow structured scripts while adapting to customer needs and responses.
• Achieve daily/weekly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (IT industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Resilient and motivated to handle rejections.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with website design & development.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
