Business Development Project Manager

Hashone Digital Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Project Manager

📍 Location: Karachi
🕘 Shift Timing: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, -monitoring, and closure.
-Prepare and submit proposals on bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
-Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
-Track project progress and share updates with management.
-Upsell additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
-Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in project management, online bidding, and upselling.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Familiarity with project management tools and bidding platforms.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
