BrightByte Solutions is a Product & UX Design studio working across fintech, SaaS, healthcare, and enterprise platforms. We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Development / Outreach Specialist to help us land freelance clients, contract gigs, and full-time design opportunities.

If you know how to win on Upwork and Fiverr, run cold outreach that actually gets replies, and keep a pipeline organized from first message to signed contract. We want to talk to you.

What you'll own:
🔹 Finding and applying to relevant design roles/projects on LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork, Fiverr & more
🔹 Writing proposals and cold outreach that convert
🔹 Managing leads, follow-ups, and a CRM tracker
🔹 Scheduling intro calls and keeping the pipeline moving

What we need:
✅ Proven experience winning clients on Upwork/Fiverr (a must)
✅ Strong BD, sales, or recruiting background
✅ Excellent written English
✅ Highly organized and self-motivated
