Business Development Officer

Description:

We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive outbound outreach, generate and qualify leads, and develop business opportunities in the U.S. market. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, while candidates with experience in business development, outbound sales, U.S. markets, or procurement for U.S. federal clients are encouraged to apply.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and other communication channels

- Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the U.S. market

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

- Handle negotiations and explore new business opportunities

- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office tools

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

- Prior experience in outbound sales or business development, including calls and emails

- Familiarity with the U.S. market is preferred

- Experience with procurement campaigns for U.S. federal clients is a strong advantage

- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and business development skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
