Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the startup ecosystem? GrowRoster is looking for a Mid-Level Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our client acquisition efforts.
We help seed-to-Series B startups scale their engineering teams in 10 days or less. We aren’t a typical marketplace—we provide pre-vetted, senior-level technical talent (AI, Full-Stack, DevOps, etc.) that embeds directly into client teams.
What you’ll do:
✅Hunt & Close: Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature.
✅Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic partner to CTOs and founders to solve their hiring bottlenecks.
✅Own the Pipeline: Manage your own lead generation and meet monthly growth targets.
What we’re looking for:
✅Proven track record in B2B sales (Tech, SaaS, or Staffing preferred).
✅A "startup mindset"—you thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
✅Ability to articulate technical staffing value to high-level decision-makers.
