Are you passionate about driving organizational growth through impactful proposals and strategic collaboration? CRSM Consulting is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our Business Development team in Islamabad, Pakistan!

What You will Do:
Craft and edit high-quality proposals for multilateral organizations, ensuring compliance with TORs/RFQs.
Manage and update client/consultant databases and maintain a robust proposal content library.
Support operations with proactive initiatives, including social media content and project coordination.
Conduct research and analysis to enhance proposal quality and support M&E activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids and drive success.

Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in International Development, Social Work, Gender/Development Studies, Project Management, or related fields.
Minimum 2 year of experience in proposal writing and project coordination.
Exceptional communication, research, and database management skills.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adept at managing multiple deadlines.
