QUBE Tech Solutions is looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team. This entry-level, field-based position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in business development while working in cutting-edge industries like solar energy, smart home technologies, and electronic security products. You will be responsible for generating leads, preparing estimates, and closing sales through direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Providing Estimates: Assess client requirements and provide accurate cost estimates for solar energy systems, smart home setups, or electronic security products.
- Closing Sales: Convert leads into successful sales by negotiating and finalizing deals.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support the company’s growth strategy.
- Reporting: Maintain records of client visits, sales progress, and follow-up actions.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Ability to provide accurate estimates and confidently present solutions to clients.
- Interest in Solar Energy, Smart Home, and Security products (training will be provided).
- Basic familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel locally as required. Candidate must have own conveyance.
