- Unified customer conversations

- Standalone VoIP services
- Call-center and dialer solutions

Our platform is live, and the company is now moving from product development into commercialization, customer acquisition and recurring revenue growth.
About the Role
We are hiring a full-cycle Business Development Manager who can build pipeline and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
This is not an appointment-setting-only position.
The successful candidate will own the process from prospect research and initial outreach through discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation and closing.
The role is suited to someone who understands the U.S. business communication market and can confidently sell technical products without depending on developers during every customer conversation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build targeted prospect lists for the U.S. market based on Textology’s ideal customer profiles.
- Prioritize healthcare practices, pharmacies, clinics and other service-based businesses while exploring additional suitable industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, CRM prospecting, referral outreach, partnerships and industry-specific campaigns.
- Conduct qualification and discovery calls to understand each prospect’s communication, workflow, compliance and operational challenges.
- Deliver professional product demonstrations covering relevant Textology solutions.
- Translate technical features into clear business outcomes such as faster lead response, reduced missed opportunities and improved customer communication.
- Explain how Textology can support appointment follow-up, payment collection and operational efficiency.
- Manage objections involving pricing, implementation, existing providers and competitor comparisons.
- Prepare proposals, follow up consistently, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, next steps, opportunity stages and sales forecasts.
- Build a structured and repeatable outbound sales process rather than relying on irregular outreach.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, VoIP Engineering and leadership.
- Provide market feedback on customer objections, competitor positioning, pricing and requested features.
- Support strategic partnerships, affiliates, resellers and referral channels where commercially relevant.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least three years of B2B business development or sales experience.
- Meaningful experience in B2B SaaS, VoIP, telecom, UCaaS, CPaaS, business messaging, A2P SMS or call-center software.
- Proven experience selling to U.S.-based businesses.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, not only generating leads.
- Excellent professional spoken and written English.
- Confidence conducting discovery calls and live product demonstrations.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in plain business language.
- Working knowledge of subscription-based SaaS revenue, including MRR, sales pipelines and recurring contracts.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or equivalent prospecting databases.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or another CRM.
- Familiarity with cold-email and follow-up tools.
- Strong follow-up discipline and objection-handling ability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Full availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
