Business Development Manager
📍 Location: Karachi

Eligibility
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Exchange Company, Banking, Sales & Marketing, or Business Development.

Minimum Intermediate qualification, Preferably Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution or an equivalent qualification.

Some Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with branch/booth teams to ensure maximum business generation and customer conversion.

Ensure timely submission of business reports, performance summaries, and management updates.

Conduct regular market visits to identify competitor activities, customer behavior, and potential growth opportunities.

Identify low-performing locations and implement business improvement strategies to enhance productivity.

Develop new business opportunities through market visits, relationship building, and customer engagement activities.

Ensure effective implementation of business campaigns, strategic initiatives, and Head Office instructions across assigned locations.

Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients and high-value customers.

Responsible for Achieving assigned annual and monthly business targets.

Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.
