Description:

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager at our office located in Karachi Division. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and building strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive company growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, prospecting potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations, leading negotiations, and achieving revenue objectives. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure that client expectations and project deliverables are met.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Lead Generation, and Opportunity Analysis
  • Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience with Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business targets
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and business-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the digital agency or BPO industries is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
