Business Development Manager

Description:

We are expanding our export operations and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our international client base.

The Role

You will identify, qualify, and convert international leads into long-term client relationships. This is a hands-on role: identify leads each week, structured outreach via LinkedIn and email, video meetings with prospects, and full pipeline ownership from first contact to first order.

You will report directly to the Founder and operate within a documented framework of SOPs, weekly objectives, and monthly performance reviews.

Work Setup

•      Remote work from anywhere in Pakistan.

•      One in-person review meeting per month at our Lahore office (248MB, Phase 6, DHA, Lahore). 

Key Responsibilities

1.     Generate qualified leads each week through online research, LinkedIn, industry databases, and trade directories.

2.     Execute structured cold outreach sequences (LinkedIn plus email).

3.     Score and classify leads using our 3-factor scoring system (Revenue, Products, Sale Region).

4.     Maintain CRM with 100% accuracy: every lead entered, every interaction logged, every follow-up scheduled.

5.     Arrange and conduct video calls with international prospects.

6.     Prepare quotations in coordination with the Founder.

7.     Coordinate sample dispatch and follow up on sample feedback.

8.     Submit weekly activity reports every Friday.

9.     Research and recommend trade shows and industry events.

What We Are Looking For

•      Bachelor's or Master's degree.

•      Minimum 3 years of experience in international business development.

•      Excellent written and spoken English 

•      Strong LinkedIn and email outreach skills.

•      Experience with lead management.

•      Self-motivated and disciplined: this is a remote role with clear weekly targets.

•      Analytical mindset: ability to research companies, identify decision-makers, and score leads.

•      Willing to travel to Lahore once a month for an in-person review meeting.
